What to expect after submission
When you submit a production request, your brief enters our alignment queue. A project lead reviews your requirements against our service editions and identifies the proofing approach most suited to your objectives. Within two business days, you receive a response confirming receipt and proposing an initial alignment consultation.
During the alignment call, we discuss your scattered requirements in detail — existing systems, integration needs, timeline constraints and success criteria. Following this conversation, we prepare a structured proofing plan with defined milestones, deliverables and investment outline. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the alignment phase.
